I need a computer with the lowest price tag on it...

cpu
Case(good air flow and cheap)
Mobo (able to let let it oc really good) (onboard video) (able to put a video card later)(pc 3200)

Monitor (20 inch's)

He will plan to run his pc at normal temps but will ocing his cpu later like 2-3 months... why dunno :o

In my opinion, I suggest new build computer should have at lease AMD 64 x 2 cpu + 1 GB RAM, I will not go for single core CPU nowadays.
