Really frustrating porblems

I keep getting and Internet explorer error message but it doesnt tell me how to fix it. It started when I installed Bit Comet and I didnt want it so I uninstalled it. Then I kept getting IE error messages. I would also get error messages for other programs. I tried to repair XP but It didnt help. I uninstalled IE and I still had error messages when it was uninstalled. I tired looking up the error on google but I couldnt find any answers. On the detailed error report, it said it had to do with wininet.DLL
 
I allready have firefox and I get the same error message as internet explorer. The message that I get with internet explorer now is unknown. I cant use internet explorer either so whenever I try to find out how to resolve the problem, I get an IE error and it closes.
 
it might be spyware or malware that's causing that...

did u try calling any type of customer support?
 
I got a program called Spybot Search and destroy and it got rid of any case of spyware but I still have the error messages. I guess the next step is to call Dell.

strangehold definitely has some good links... he showed me like 5 yesterday that would keep my computer free of any kind of spyware/malware and maintain it's computer performance. so i suggest tryin those links
