I think these parts are overpriced. Which part of Canada are you from? TigerDirect.ca, NCIX.ca, CanadaComputers.ca, PcCyber.com - probably all will have better prices.

I recommend getting a motherboard with at least 4 slots of ram, and 2 PCI-E 16x slots. It will last you longer. You will be able to upgrade to two graphics cards in the future, and up to 16GB of ram. This is one of the best selling motherboards on NewEgg which has all that.

I don't think you will need an 850W power supply. You probably won't need more than 550W . Use the power supply calculator to see how much you will need.

That memory is overpriced. You can find a 4GB 800mhz kit for $60, and 1066mhz for $80. I would recommend going with 800mhz ram at 1.80V. The performance difference is small, and setting up 1066mhz ram that is 2.10V has been extremely difficult and frustrating in my experience. The ram has compatibility issues with certain motherboards. If I am not mistaken, the 1066mhz 2.1V is really the 800mhz 1.8V that has been overclocked, so you're not necessarily paying more for a better ram.

That monitor has 5ms response time, and 2500:1 contrast ratio. For $190 Cad you will be able to find LG W2242TQ series - it's a 22" LG with 2ms/8000:1.

Ok cool thanks for your help. I switched to the motherboard you told me and i switched the power supply to Ocz - (OCZ600GXSSLI) GAMEXSTREAM 600W POWER SUPPLY and the ram to Ocz - (OCZ2P8004GK) (RETAIL) 4GB PLATINUM XTC DDR2 800 DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY KIT

Another question should i get 2 of those rams?

4 GB is a lot of ram. I would suggest you keep your money instead. If you need more, you can always buy more in the future. But from my experience, you won't need more than 4 GB unless you're working in cinematography or 3D design. I have had antivirus, photoshop, internet browser with 5 tabs, ftp client, and video games running all at once, and I was using maximum 2.5GB of ram.

One more note, to use more than 3GB of ram you will need 64-bit operating system.

Yeah, it will work.

You might have difficulty with the case. It's looks like a really cheap no-name case. I would go with an antec gaming case - they have better ventilation.

The OCZ memory you chose is 2.1V memory. Get some 1.8V.

Vista or XP will both work. Personally I prefer XP, but on a machine with lots of ram, Vista shouldn't be a problem. Make sure it is 64-bit version, instead of 32-bit.
