Without knowing the motherboard, I can't say. I'm guessing you own the compaq. If you can, take off the side and tell me if you can see a PCI-Express slot. They look like this:

Yes it'll fit. You'll most likely want to upgrade the PSU though.

Your problem is, it only has a cheap OEM 250W power supply. Wont cut it.
