Realtek HD-audio manager

Hello,
I'm having a problem connecting my headset to the Realtek HD audio manager. I'm using windows 10. When I click on it, it just says "You see an empty site because no audio device is connected to the system".. But I cant figure out where to connect the headset.

The headset goes into the green audio jack either in the front of the case or on the back of the motherboard.
