Rearrange and partition HDD

How to rearrange and partition my HDD.

Will here be any difference in using XP setup cd and other partition softwares?
And Which is better and safe to use.

yes there is a difference, i dont thnk in Xp you can re-size partition without losing data, you're better of using Partition Magic,download here, xp's partitioning is lame, no really
