In speed fan Im sitting around 19-20 C for all cores of my i7 but in core temp im sitting low 30's just wondering which one is more accurate?

Different programs have different tjmax values,i dont think intel has released the tjunction information on the core i7's yet,but personally i use everest which for me shows the same temps that realtemp does

alright so you would trust everst over speedfan? And should I be monitoring the temps of my cores or just the cpu overall because the cpu over all is a good 13 C cooler than my hottest core?

The monitor you should be looking at are the core temperatures, core 1 and core 2 respectively, and i trust everest for temperatures and whatnot, great bit of software, especially when you have G15 keyboard cuz you can put whatever info you want on the lcd:P
