My computer reboot alone after I shut him down. What I can do to fix this problem?

Hi, I changed only my VGA cable for a DVI cable.
Thats it.
Spyware and Virus check done.

Hardware AMD 2x64 2.6Ghz, 1GB Ram, Grafik 512MB, SATA Harddisk 160GB
WIN XP Pro,
