Reboot cycle

I just replaced my hard drive, put in a video card (6800 nvidia) and put in a 512MB stick of RAM for good measure. Everything was working well for 1 or 2 days until I turned I got a pop up that couldn't be closed and a message from Norton that said it detected trojans and automatically deleted them. So I rebooted to get rid of the pop up, but when I rebooted the computer would just turn on, show the graphics card screen(which it always did) then the Emachines logo screen(which it always did), and then show a black screen with a blinking underscore like this: _
After a little while on that screen it just reboots itself and goes back to the graphics card spec screen, the Emachines logo screen, and the blinking underscore screen. It just keeps repeating itself.

What is wrong?

Looks like the PSU isnt enough to power the videocard ... what are the specs on the PSU? (and did u plug in any molex's if applicable into the videocard?)

Sorry I don't know what a molex is :D.

PSU eh? I was afraid of that was probably it...its working now(I'm sure only for awhile).

Do you think you(or someone else) could give me a link to a PSU that can handle this computer (hopefully that doesn't cost that much $$)

2.2 ghz
nvidia 6800 128 mb graphics card
1 gig of RAM
160 gb hard drive (don't know if that matters)

Its not that I'm lazy, I just don't know much about PSUs and don't want to buy one that doesn't have enough power.
