Rebooted PC, now running hotter??

My PC normally runs at temperatures around 19-20C at idle but now I'm around 25-35C idle. whats going on?

Same ones as always and its a total of about 92 processes at idle. I wonder why my temps are suddenly higher... :/

Stop using the pc before you blow up the psu and other components, or you'll be spending more then $60 for a psu.

Keep in mind 19C is like 66F. Readings below ambient are inaccurate.

My house is about 70 degrees room-temp.
