Rebooting problems....

I am trying to format my Acer Laptop 5920 with two recovery disc. Everytime I do it it shows
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click ''OK'' to restart the computer and then restart the installation."

this message...When I click OK it restarted and shows the same message again.

I switched it off and tried ALT+F10 as well but nothing works. I boot my computer. Pls help. Thanks.

There are a number of things you could try:
Try taking out RAM. Sometimes on some systems Windows can't handle a lot of RAM. If it's Windows 7, you'll need to leave 1 GB in until after installation, if it's XP, if you leave 256 MB it should be fine.
Try swapping the RAM with other sticks.
See if there's a OS installation mode in the BIOS.
Try swapping HDs.
