rebooting windows

how do i reboot my whole harddrive and reload windows?
my computer is now slow - so would reloading windows help.

any info appreciated

For starters, what kinf od computer do you have, and do you have the install CD?

yes, insert the windows CD and reboot the computer. in the bios choose to boot from CD-ROM and then start the installation.
WARNING: this WILL delete ANYTHING on your computer!
yes, reloading windows would speed your computer up alot, depending on hardware. it could just be outdated.
what are its specs?

only bought the computer last year.
its intel 3.0 if thats what specs you mean.
will it be like a brand new computer once i reboot it? and is it a case of just inserting the windows disk and away i go?
