reccomend me a power supply

my friend showed me a pic of the one hes getting and its really cool ithas 2 fans, LED's and UV reactive cables, and 2 12v rails 16 and 18amps. I have been running on a $4.50 psu with just one harddrive and no extra fnas(because of it) for a while, i think i should get a new one.

Can anyone recomend me some PSU's at least 400watt with blue LED's preferably, and UV reative connections and possibly sleevings as well.

then Preferably dual 12v rails aswell but just one with a high single 12v rail would be alright too. Can you guys recomend be several? so i have some to choose from? thanks.

geforce 6200, lots of lights, 2 uv's 2 cathods, 4 80mm fan, 2 hardrives 2 CDrom drives, and lots of lights on the front of my case and thats about it, but i want to be able to keep it for a while.

my old one that only had like 20amp on the 12v could power 4 fans 2 hard drives 2 cdrom drive's and all the lights on my front of my case, i never tryed any more, but i just want extra because i want to be able to get more lights and a better faster rpm harddrive and a dvdrom drive.

Are there any pics of the one you listed lighted up? one main thing is i want it to look really cool too. and the UV reactive stuff on the psu would be nice because i a getting 2 uv lights going across the two sides on the top of my case, then im getting 2 blue athodes going down the sides on them, and im putting lots of UV reactive stuff in like a slot fan i found.

edit:something like this would be great, but with blue instead of green

and i woul rather have 2 12v rails, but a high one like that would be fine instead to.
edit again:
I found this one which would be AWESOME but its a little to pricey :(

This is the TruePower II Blue 480 illuminated: http://www.overclockzone.com/newhardware/supply/antec/480w/DSCN0632.jpg

There's a blue version of that Aspire PSU as well - the unit and LED are blue, cables are still green: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817148002

There's also http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817182025. Looks overpriced though, but the cable management system is nice.

I'm certainly not an expert on good looking power supplies - i've always preferred something plain but effective. That's mainly why I like the Antec TruePower II Blue 480 for this sort of application - the TruePower II series are excellent PSUs, certainly not a gimmiky design. The 'Blue' version retains the same excellent PSU and just adds blue LED fans. I'm sure someone else can come up with something better looking though.
