my computer was running okay for a couple weeks. no blue screens or anything. but today when i got back from being out of town two of my USB ports on my gigabyte ud3r x58 stopped working and said "Code 43". i can disable then and enable them and get them to work but as soon as i restart my computer it does it again. also my wireless card stopped working, it keeps saying no connection. im not sure if they two are related or not but i can figure out whats wrong. . . also after a few restarts it gave me a BSOD saying something about "Apple charger" or something along those lines. i dont even own and apple anything.

i really hope not. i was reading about usb "code 43" and all that i could come up with is that its an error with windows 7.

no not yet. and i really dont want to unless i have to. i couldnt find anything that fixed it. i tried uninstalling the usb drivers and reinstalling it. i tried using different usb devices to see if it was just my mouse. is there anything else i should try before i reinstall windows?

I believe Code 43 refers to failed hardware. However you said you could get them working again.

Try uninstalling ALL of the USB entries in Device Manager, and rebooting the system. This will force windows to reinstall the drivers which may solve the problem.

Otherwise check your motherboards' install CD for chipset drivers or download them from Gigabyte's website.

i keep getting blue screens every time i restart and this is what its saying.
after doing some reading i found some things saying that the apple charger blue screen is because of my usb 3.0 controller. anyone know anything about gigabyte's 3.0 controllers being bad? and if there anything i can do about it?
