Recently cleaned laptop shuts down after few minutes

Hello
I have the notebook - Samsung Q530 with Windows 7 (64-bit).
The laptop was cleaned a month ago, as it was overheating (over 100 C) when running games and some of the more resource-intensive programs (graphic editors etc.) - yet it never shut down because of this. After the cleaning it usually doesn't overheat as much (ie. game that made it go 105 C, now 'only' heats it up to 75 C or so), but randomly (or so it seems) goes from 55 C to 80-90 C for 10 seconds only (literally), and always shuts down after 10 minutes of playing newer games etc. (or even Minecraft). The temperatures I've mentioned were measured by SpeedFan program (Core0 and Core1 fields; GPU and others are around 50-60 C).

What could be the problem and how can I deal with it? I'd appreciate any help.

your laptop shuts down to protect the hardware when it overheats. I think there went something wrong with the cleaning of your laptop. Give your laptop back in repair.
