Recomend a PSU?

not really. if you consider your computer, it will only take up about 300W on stress tests. so thats all your osu will deliver. no more, no less. thats why i went for a 700W psu, just so i never have to buy another psu again. and for the links, go for the first one, because the second one would never cut it
 
for a PSU, you'd have to look on how efficient it is.. the more eficcient it is, the more of the power it draws from the net is delivered to the pc components.

to be honest,.. I would reccomend the corsair 520W psu here.. but that would be rather expensive i gues. (altough, you could use it for several pc's to come, and it has a 5year warranty on it :) )

Out of the two I narrowed it down to which one would you recomend?
