Recomend a video caoture card

That's what I have and I love it! Only problem is because of the buffer, there is a major lag(sometimes like 5 seconds) So it's hard to play something like a game with this card. Normal TV won't make a difference.
Anything will take up some resources, but nothing noticable unles you are watching it.
