Recommend A Good Netbook/Comment on one?

I'm looking to buy a Netbook (or laptop if it meets budget) for school. All I need it for is basic Documents (Adobe, MS Word..) and Internet (And maybe a few videos for math)..

I was looking at this ASUS Laptop: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220648

My budget, 350$ max.

What I'm looking for:
Good battery powered (6 cell, Li-Ion) (Around 6-10 hours)
Reliability, meaning, it won't break on me, or it won't stop charging all of the sudden.
I don't care if it has Windows7 or XP on it. Either will work.
Intel Atom N270 (Standard on most netbooks) or higher.
HDD: 160Gb or 250Gb would suffice.

(What's Windows 7 starter?? Is that like a trial version?)

I came across this one: http://staples.shoplocal.com/staple...nwide_102309-_-consumer_prospect-_-num&cm_lm=

But it's Acer, and I heard they don't make the most reliable laptops.

Can you comment/recommend on any laptops/netbooks for this price?
Thanks guys :)

What do you mean 'as good as they get'.. Is that like "you pay for what you get"?

Hmm no I haven't.. Dell seems a little 'iffy' when it comes to desktops.. Ever have experience with any of their laptops?

I have an Acer Aspire One with Intel Atom N270. Works great, it came with Xp but i upgraded it to 7 home prem. I would stay away from the starter version. I am using Aero and it works fine, no prob once so ever.

No real complaints with the Acer I have. Got my D150 with the extended battery from Amazon for $300 shipped. Performance is pretty decent, battery life is easily 4-5 hours. Fan runs a bit more than I'd like, but typically it's not too bad.
