Can anyone recomend a Mobo for about £110 and a Proccesor for a max of £100?

id lower your mobo budget and higher your cpu budget (or get a bundle).

you can get a very nice AMD X2 4600 + for £156 here (Socket 939 though). It depends what you are after realy.

sorry unless you mixed the Core 2 Duo E6400 with a MSI P965 Neo-F board.
