Recommend me a good passive heat sink for i7 4770K...

So, I'm indecisive between Cooler Master TPC 800 and Thermalright HR-02. If my case was full tower, I would definitely buy Silverstone HE-02, but since it's mid tower (CM Storm Scout 2), I have to take something smaller, those two heat sinks seemed OK. Please tell me which one I should buy, or recommend me something better :D And btw, if you ask me why passive, I have 16 fans in my case, another fan wouldn't make a difference, and I positioned all fans for an ultimate airflow, it's really really good, I just need one heat sink for CPU :D

16 fans in a mid tower? Wait...16 fans period?

Another dedicated CPU fan will most likely make a difference, as it's only job is to actively cool the heat spreaders. The airflow passing over the HS from that dedicated fan will be more than the turbulent (believe what you will, but when you have multiple fans, there is at least some turbulence) slower airflow from multiple fans several inches away.

I've modded the case to fit 16 fans :D. I guess I'll go with active cooler then, thanks ;D

Jesus 16 fans??? I guess we have polar opposite systems, as I only have 1 fan in my entire computer! :p

And you're best just getting a large tower style heatsink with a 120mm fan. It'll likely be cheaper than large passive heatsinks and will give you better temperatures.
