Recommendation for a CPU heatsink

I'm starting to raise the voltage of my CPU to clock it further, and temps are now starting to go over 40C. So, if anyone has any recommendations...

I'm undecided between the 2 types of heatsinks:

Those where the attached fan blows air towards the rear of case.

Those where the attached fan blows air down onto the motherboard. This will have to be low profile, as I have this air duct (scroll down a bit) feeding cold air straight to the heatsink.

I mean a specific product. So you link me one, I go 'hey, that's got good reviews, and would fit nice in the case, I'll get it'.

Browse the AMD compatible products.
Not particularly low profile but they cool so well the duct wouldn't be required.
(They cool the ram a lil too).

I use XP120's because the 120mm fan makes for a nice quiet rig.
Google Thermalright and you'll find many reviews.

Thermalright pwns from reviews, but I use a Zalman CNPS7000B-alcu on my only rig that has an aftermarket CPU cooler. They're great and quiet.

I have roudned it down to these 3:
XP-120
XP-90C
SI-120

I'll have a better look at the 3 later, but maybe one of you knows, for fact, that one outperforms the other 2.
