Recommendation for a new computer $1000

looking for some ideas on my next computer

my budget is $1000

I do not need a monitor, mouse, keyboard

Computer use:
- gameing (doom3, fear, sniper elight, etc)
-web development work
-graphic work
-music editing
-etc
