The Watt rating isn't the whole truth, usually a card has a specific minimum +12V rating, for example a card could have this as the minimum: +12V 25A. Which means that the sum of all +12V rails has to be 25A or higher for the system to run stable with a high load. Antec make nice PSU's, but there are a lot of other good brands, too. Just don't buy a cheap PSU, they usually aren't very reliable or powerful even if the Watt rating itself is high, that is usually just the "abnormal peak" rating they've used. By this I mean that the effect in % of the PSU should be quite high, cause there are PSU's that have a rating of 450W but can only get close to that when a sudden peak occurs and not the whole time, like you'd want it to.
