Recommended Overclock

Hi,
Could you recommend an overclock for this system:
Intel i7-2700k (3.5 Ghz) BCLK: 100mhz - stock
2x 120mm fans - one of them is on a 80mm to 120mm converter
1x 2TB HDD
1x 120GB SSD
Ati HD 6450
Alpine 11 PLUS CPU Cooler
CiT Black Edition 600w PSU
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 Motherboard rev 2.0

The Gigabyte EasyTune Utility has given me 3 overclocking options, which one would be the best?

1: 4.18Ghz BCLK: 102mhz
2: 4.43Ghz BCLK: 103mhz
3: 4.68Ghz BCLK: 104mhz

Any manual overclocking ideas?

You mostly play games with it or? Basically that i7 is a bit of overkill already given your system. If you want to overclock anything it should be the graphics card - thats your bottleneck. Even consider an upgrade, the 6450 is old. Then again its all about what you use it for.

Any of those recommended overclocks will work but you won't see an improvement in performance unless you get a better GPU.
