Reconnecting Outlook

I'm getting emails that state I need to "Reconnect Outlook to Outlook.com....". Just want to know if this is legitimate and if it means I need to change my email address. Thanks

Yeah I agree, change your email password directly to be careful and scan your computer for viruses too. Malwarebytes is a good start.
