Record Streaming Media

If you know how, please hurry. The file will no longer be avliable after tonight.

Is there any way to record streaming media off of the internet without downloading a program. It is a windows media file. I have to have a way by tonight, sunday, to do it. Thanks.

Also, if any of you have a program that does that, can you do it for me? It can be downloaded from http://www.coasttocoastam.com/shows/2006/01/14.html . It is the full show stream.
