Hi,
my back up hard disk contained all my important files (word, excel, ppt etc) could not be opened.
Although the file names are still intact, but when I open a file e.g. ppt file, it say " powerpoint cannot open the files at c:/xxx/xx but Powerpoint can attempt to repair the files.."
When I click Yes, the prompt box says "powerpoint could not repair the file..."
Are all my files corrupted? any chance of recovery and how?
