Recovery disc.

From my last thread, i now have my laptop computer (sort of) working.
I selected the option to fully clean all the Drives, which i think it did, however,
on resetting, it got stuck at 45 %. It was still there after 4 hours. I left it as it
was, but we suffered from a power outage, (storms), and when i finally arrived
home, the laptop was off. I switched it back on, and it said, that due to some files
that could not be removed, Windows did not complete fully. After restarting the
computer again, it had already installed Windows.
Can anyone explain why it was sticking at 45%, and why some files could not be
removed, but yet Windows installed anyway?
Is there a repair /recovery disc, that the computer would boot from, that would repair
or reinstall my Windows without getting stuck at a certain percentage?

Really can't tell you why it was stuck and there are various stages where it can stall. Google search info.

You can always download windows 10 to a cd or usb flash drive using the media creation tool.

Most if not all of the drivers should automatically install.

I cannot thank you enough, johnb35.
Your advice was spot on, and now my computer is working as it should.
I downloaded the new Windows 10, and had it saved to a DVD disc.
I cannot see much difference between the old and the new Windows 10,
but again, my pc is working as it should, so i am happy.
