Recovery or System Restore CD

Im looking for a software like Norton Ghost which will create an image for your OS for recovery or restore purposes

the reason i dont like ghost because have to use FLOOPY DISK, im looking for some software that can create the boot thru the CD and recovery or restore my OS right away

please give some suggestion
