Recovery problem on laptop

My hard drive went corrupt and needed a recovery CD. I got the CD and booted it and it says "windows is loading files" and the screen turns blue. I cant get into windows either, the screen just turns black. I've tried f8, f10, f11, f2, f9 and nothing worked. Both RAM and HD tests passed also.

Try hitting C button works for me on my Sony Vaio
