I can recover some files by using PC Inspector File Recovery . But I can't still see my data(.jpg). Meaning it recoverd the files as .jpg but if i showed it in the (windows pictured and fax viewer) ,i couldn't see.As i know, to recover data by using these software, you must install them before deleting any data.So you can't recover anything now

Thanks for the information. I'll try the program which u gave me for finally .What you see is what you get unfortunately. This is why frequent "backups" seems to be the one thing that eludes people. You can try other recovery programs but it will depend on how much of the file is left intact. The actual percentage of the file recovered will probably vary between softwares. There was a program called "Undelete" available at one time. But if the file was corrupted during the deletion process you will get what's left of it only.
