Recycle Bin

Ok this is odd... the Recycle Bin icon shows that it is full, so I right click to empty. A dialog box comes up to confirm, and says that the 'WINDOWS' folder is to be deleted (so I cancel). Then I double click, and it shows that nothing is in it. Hidden files/folders are viewable. ??? AVG detects nothing, Ad-aware detects nothing, Microsoft Spyware detects nothing, what the hell? Anyone?

Verify in DOS what could be in that folder: Start/Run, type in "command", then enter the following:
cd RECYCLED
dir /a

I get this sometimes, it is just a glitch. You computer leaves something behind after cleaning out the Recycle Bin. When you restart the PC, the Recycle Bin is clean.
