Reducing and expanding Partitions

Ok I know you can reduce a partition size using Vista Disk Management, but can you then add that extra space onto another partition.

Basically this is what Im trying to do, I have my drive split into three:
C: - Vista Install
D: - Largest partition - where my games are installed, music, videos, files etc
E: - Xp Install.

Now I made my XP partition way too big intially its 75gb and only using like 15gb or so, basically I want to chuck the free space onto my D: which is getting pretty full from all my games n stuff.

Is there a third party program that can do this?

Cheers

they are all different releases of the same distro. Just use the most recent one (1/26/09).
you could screw-up your partition table and, lose access to 1 or both of your windows installs.
If that would be a disaster, might want to think twice. I have done it successfully but, it has also gone wrong.
