My computer is a few years old and I am having a few problems with it crashing and blue screening when I do certain things, but generally it works fine. About 6 months ago the mother board crashed and I purchased and installed a new one, but the same problems remained.
The place that sold me the mother board looked at the computer and said he would strongly recommend that I reformatted the C: drive, which would most likely solve my problems, which I now intend to do.
I am reasonably computer literate, but would like to research the issue before I reformat. Is there any things I need to be aware of, or is there any web site that would give good hints about any problems.
