Reformatting...

I just reformatted one of my older computers that has IE5 and Windows 98 on it. I have a high-speed dsl connection to both computers. When I reformatted and tried to go to a webpage this error came up...

res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm

and I was told that the page could not be found. How do I re-establish my dsl on this newly reformatted PC??
