I'm looking for a new gaming laptop at the cost of around 1100 little less little more. and found some interresting thing for example:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230352
whitch have been refurbished.. but then i found this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834214604

what do you think? both about refurbished and the toshiba,, and hell if you have seen something better at that price rate.

lemme know :)
Regards !

btw i'd actually prefer 15.6" but can't really find any that doesn't have any huge cons

The ASUS is a higher-specced machine and is from a much better brand, and it is cheaper too. Toshiba laptops are pretty poor I find. I stay away from them. ASUS laptops are fine.

Avoid the i3, i5 get a quad core i7 laptop if you want to game. I found many good new laptops on newegg. One with the GTX 660M, is it possible that you can raise your budget about 100$? Then you can get a new laptop with i7 and GTX 500 series.

The ASUS he linked to already has an i7 and a GTX 500 series card, but it's not a new laptop.

Refurbished stuff is usually good though as it's 99 times out of 100 in perfect working order and in good condition and of course you save money too. :D You don't really need to spend the extra on a new laptop when a refurb will be good enough for you. ;)

Yeah I saw it, it is a very good laptop. If he doesn't mind refurbished then the Asus is the way to go.
