regarding those time trial software...

hi guys, let says you download a trial software and it only allows you to evaluate it for a certain number of days before it expires, is there a way we can extend the trial period? My friend said it could be done by changing certain things at the registry. So i wonder if you guys have any knowledge on this? Thanks!
 
Heya

The trial period is there for a reason. When you try to circumvent it, you are essentialy breaching the agreement with the software owner. Hence you could be breaking the law. Here at cofo, we will not help you with such things.
