Go to Start | Run, then type in services.msc . Then find the Messenger service, double-click on it, and select disable. Then reboot your computer and you shouldn't get these messages anymore.

Qlutch's sugestion will owrk fine,
@bboyz_dogg: You can tell instantly that this is spam, you need to learn how windows will report genuine errors. Windows errors will never
1) Start with actions words like STOP, or ATTENTION in huge captials
2) They may say that action is required or actions may lead to consequences, but they will never say that "FAILURE TO ACT WILL LEAD XXX", or "DO THIS NOW"
3) Any web link given by microsoft will be on the microsoft site, so something like www.microsoft.com/updates/...... etc
4) 9/10 windows will tell you what appliaction has caused the error, if they dont then they are being delibratly vague
5) The whole style is screaming LOOK AT ME, it just doesnt look professional

i never get why spammers dont use real microsoft style errors.
