Reinstall XP SP3

Hi,
I guess this has been asked before, but here goes.

I want to rebuild my home PC as I want to sell it, so I will back up Data, I will take an image, I have some software to copy off the drivers,so the question I have is, can I copy the 'Microsoft Updates' off my old PC, to say me getting from 'Windows Update', I have an XP SP3 disk and key, but I don't want to use all my Broadband usage gettiing new updates, so can i just copy them off and re-install them?

If you are installing SP3 and going to update afterwards, the updates that will need to be downloaded is only between 100-200mb so its not that much.

All done, didn't take to long to download, just quite a while to install, but that doesn't matter.
