remote connection software needed

I am looking for a remote connection software that can record the session.

We have a few terminals that are remotely controlled when needed by our software developers. For the times we are not supervising the connection we have no idea of what they do. So when a connection is made, we need to record what has been done.

Does anybody have any knowledge of such software ?

Take a look at TeamViewer.This free service allows you to both share your computer desktop with others or take control of another computer. The benefits are obvious as you can show someone how to do something or actually do it for them.
