Remote desktop?

I've seen people use this program called "remote desktop" or something along the lines of that, but it can remotly controls another computers desktop. does anyone know how I can do this? or what program I need to download?

Remote desktop comes embeded with XPSP2, assuming you have that use it.
YOu can also get free program off google called RealVNC

if you want to use remote desktop on windows XP you must enable remote desktop by
right click on "my computer" -> "properties" -> "remote" -> click on check "Allow users connect remotely to this computer"
That work on LAN, if you want control another computer over internet You can use logmein.com website.

If you dont have XP pro, you cant be connected to. XP Home can still connect to other XP pro computers though.

Windows remote desktop is one of the best free ways to control computers internally on a network, however if you're primary goal is to access them across the internet, then Logmein is a great secure, free program.
