Remote Destop Connection

Hello,
Ok... here is what i want to do:
i want to be able to connect to my computer(be able to see the destop) from my college computer. the only thing is im behind a proxy. how would i go about doing this. i carnt install software at college, so i guessing i need to install a program on my computer, then somehow need to access it using a webpage over the internet.
Is there anyway of doing this??

if u cant install software on the collage computer then there is almost no chance to do what your trying to do
