remove bios password

hi,
I'am trying to remove my bios password, I added one a few years ago but, ofcourse:rolleyes:, forgot it.
i've tried CmosPWD but that only runs on 32-bit systems...
i've also tried typing this in my cmd:
debug
o 70 2E
o 71 FF
quit
(i found this here: http://www.askvg.com/how-to-reset-remove-bypass-a-bios-or-cmos-password/)
but when i type debug, it says that it doesn't recognizes it (after google-ing;) i found that that is because the debug command doesn't works on windows 7...)

Any ideas?

update:
i've also tried killcmos but, you've guesed it. Also only runs on 32-bit...
(i got a laptop so can't take out that cmos battery)

You're going to need to take out the CMOS battery and put it back in. It's going to be a PITA, but it is possible, even on a laptop. Did you try those backdoor passwords yet?
 
You'll probably just have to open up the laptop and try and find the CMOS battery. What exact laptop do you have?

I will open my laptop and take out that battery.
It's the Toshiba Satellite L500-1R3 (pretty old)

(I did try those backdoor passwords)
