Remove Duplicate Files Vista

I notice that i have about 80 gigs of files, but my c drive shows 110 gb used. Also, on my other computer I have about 160 gigs of files, but 210 gigs is used. Does anyone know where this space is getting filled up. I downloaded this software called CloneRemover2 to remove duplicate files, (didnt try it yet). Ive done disk clean up and reg cleaener.
 
I found on google that if i go to disc cleanup, then more options, i can clean up stystem restore and shadow copies. I regained about 30 gigs, but i think theres still more wasted space.
