remove shut down

i want to move my shut down button to a folder, and delete it from the start menu and the logon screen
is this possible?

Go to start>run>type 'gpedit.msc'>user configuration>administrative templates>start menu and taskbar, double click the remove shutdown option and click enable. It disappears from the start menu. As for putting it in a folder, don't know how to do that.
Hope this helps you. Its a good trick if you want to mess with friends computers.
 
quagmondo is correct, to pick up where he left off, this is how to create a shortcut to shutdown your pc that can be placed anywhere you like

Right click on your desktop, select NEW and choose NEW SHORTCUT. In the dialog box that appears enter the following into the shortcut location box:

%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s

Click NEXT, assign a name to it, and finish the wizard,

There you have it, a new icon on your desktop, free to move anywhere that will shutdown your pc when executed

shutdownwithoutlogon and change value to 0.

Got this off another site(don't know how to myself). Should work(seems logical).

You seem to be doing some serious annoying.
