Removed Virus Or Not?

AVG 9.0 found 2 trojan horses which i moved to the vault. After i went to the vault i right clicked on them and pressed "delete" Did this delete the virus or just the warning from the vault? please help.

It should have deleted them. Run another scan.

Since AVG found some infections, it wouldn't be a bad idea to run Malwarebytes and hijackthis and post logs from them. Follow the instructions here.
