removing hard drive from acer extensa help plz

I have an Acer Extensa 2000. The hard drive seems to be dead so I want to remove it and put in a new one. the only problem is that I canot for the life of me figure out how to take out the hard drive. I have been on the acer website but they offer no support and i have downloaded various visual manuals but I canot make out wich part is wich. Can some one provide me with a guide so I can get this troublesom thing out. thank you.

Extensa Hard Drive

I have an Extansa 2000 and the Hard Drive is behind the battery. Remove the battery and you can pull it out. I need to replace mine also
