Removing Windows Login Screen

How do you remove the Windows Login Screen? It just showed up for some reason and it keeps bugging me. There is only one user but it keeps asking evey time the computer starts which user I want to login as. What can I do to get rid of it?

Control Pannel > User Accounts > CHange the way users log on and off.

I guess if you want an auto login, there's probably other ways, but I know TweakUI has the option for auto login

User accounts was the first place i checked - they have 2 options under "select logon and logoff options":

1. Use the welcome screen which is turned on by deafult but if I turn that off it will simply change it from login on with a friendly user interface to a text user interface where you type your username instead of clicking it

2. Fast user switching which is unrelated just like the above one

What is TweakUI though? Is it a program that needs to be installed? I'm trying to make a perfect version of Windows - only base programs that I absolutely need and then Ghost drive C so I would like to avoid extra programs as much as possible. Is there a way to do this - perhaps through the registry that does not involve programs but only windows options?
