Repair disc wont load even after sequence changed in bios

When trying to load windows Vista, I get no further then the boot screen, says start windows normally, safe mode etc, when clicking on any of the boot options I just get the error message NLS files missing or corrupted, error message 0xc0000225

Like I said, im able to get into the file system using the usb to sata devise. But cant load windows vista

If your CD drive can't load a Vista CD then you might want to get a new CD drive or use Rufus to burn the Vista CD to USB and boot the USB stick.

Just reinstall the oracle program you're using. If its a VM, then resinstall VirtualBox.

Okay, I will try this, failing that I will probably just reinstall windows, if the cd drive is faulty ill just buy a new pc.

Why would you buy an entire new PC when you can just pay around $12 for an optical drive?
