repair disk

I am having problems wih my pc staring up. When I boot it up, it goes to a differrent screen telling that windows failed to start due to a software or hardware not working properlly, that a repair disk has to be ran to fix the problem.

Does any body know where i can get this repair disk?

Are you getting a bluescreen with an error code or is this a black screen saying you have a corrupt file?

when I want to shut it down a blue screen pops up " a problem has been detected and windows shut down to prevent damage to your computer..........",
but nothing related with a corrupted file. then it goes to the black screen where it asks for the repair disk.
